Laki33 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Laki33 ("we", "us", "the platform"), governing your access to and use of the laki33.ws website and all services, games and features offered on it.

By registering an account at Laki33, clicking the acceptance checkbox during registration, or by using any part of the platform after these Terms have been published, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Laki33.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In case of conflict between any separate promotion terms and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Laki33. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Laki33 takes underage access seriously. If we have any reason to believe a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register at Laki33, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Registration using false or someone else's details is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide your real name, date of birth and valid contact details.
• You must not register from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must not have a prior account that was closed for rule violations.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.

2.3 Verification (KYC)

Laki33 may at any time request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of mobile wallet ownership, or other documentation. This is standard procedure across all regulated gaming platforms. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted exactly one account at Laki33. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using different names or payment methods, is a serious breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed, any outstanding balances may be voided, and bonus winnings will be forfeited. This rule applies per person, per household and per IP address where multiple accounts are identified.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Laki33 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is available free of charge on all accounts.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as permitted by applicable regulations. You will be notified by email before any fees are applied, and fees will not reduce a balance below zero.

4Deposits & Payments

All transactions at Laki33 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Laki33 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is made from an account that does not match your registered name, it may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside Laki33's control and are your responsibility.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at Laki33 are paid in PKR to payment methods registered in your name. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). This is a one-time process that protects your funds.

5.1 Processing Times

• Standard accounts: Easypaisa / JazzCash withdrawals processed within 15 minutes on average.
• Gold VIP members: Same-day processing guaranteed.
• Platinum VIP members: Instant processing, no daily cap.
• Diamond VIP members: Instant processing, custom limits, 24/7 manager assistance.
• Bank transfers (IBFT): 1–4 hours depending on receiving bank.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days at the receiving bank's processing schedule.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to any active wagering requirements on bonus funds. Only real-money (non-bonus) funds may be withdrawn without wagering conditions. If your balance consists of a mix of bonus and real-money funds, the real-money portion is available for withdrawal first. Laki33 reserves the right to perform additional verification on any withdrawal request where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers at Laki33 are subject to individual promotion terms that will be clearly displayed when the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Standard wagering requirement: 30× the bonus amount before withdrawal.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: Rs 2,000 per round or spin.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — sharing or transferring bonuses is prohibited.
• One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address and device.
• Laki33 reserves the right to remove a bonus if abuse or collusion is detected.

6.1 Bonus Wagering — How It Works

If you receive a bonus of Rs 5,000 with a 30× wagering requirement, you need to wager a total of Rs 150,000 across real-money games before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots typically count at 100%, live casino games (including Andar Bahar and Roulette) at 10–20%, and crash games at 10%. The exact contribution rates for any active promotion will be stated in that promotion's specific terms.

7VIP Club

The Laki33 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered accounts are enrolled at Bronze automatically. Tier qualification is based on 30-day rolling wagering totals and is recalculated monthly. The Laki33 VIP Club is a discretionary loyalty programme. We reserve the right to modify tier thresholds, cashback rates and available benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. VIP status does not constitute a contractual right to receive specific rewards — all VIP benefits are provided at Laki33's discretion and may be adjusted, suspended or removed for players found to be in breach of these Terms.

8Games & Fair Play

All games available at Laki33 are supplied by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe and Hacksaw Gaming. Published RTP figures for all games are certified by the respective providers' independent testing laboratories.

Crash games including Aviator use provably fair cryptographic mechanisms. This means the outcome of each round is determined before the round begins using a seed hash that you can independently verify. Instructions for verification are available in the game's help section.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG).
• Laki33 does not manipulate game results or RTP in real time.
• Game results are final once confirmed. No adjustment will be made on the basis of a claimed "lucky run" or expected outcome.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game round, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Laki33 is not responsible for interrupted play due to player-side connectivity issues.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at Laki33. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Operating more than one account (see Section 3.1).
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs or malfunctions in any game.
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to defraud the platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity (money laundering).
• Using another person's payment account to fund your Laki33 balance.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or support staff.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming limitation applied to your account.

10Responsible Gaming

Responsible gaming is not an obligation Laki33 takes lightly. We provide a comprehensive set of tools to help players manage their activity, all available directly in your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximums in PKR.
• Loss limits — cap how much you can lose in a given period.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality checks — periodic pop-ups showing your session activity and balance changes.
• Cooling-off period — suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and block re-registration.

If you request a self-exclusion, Laki33 will action it within 24 hours and will make all reasonable efforts to prevent any marketing communications reaching you thereafter. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months unless a shorter period was specifically selected. Full details are on our Responsible Gaming page.

11Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your Laki33 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closing, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method, subject to any pending wagering requirements and standard KYC verification. Accounts cannot be closed while a withdrawal request is pending.

11.2 Closure by Laki33

Laki33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion where a player has breached these Terms, where fraud or money laundering is suspected, or where continuing to operate the account would create regulatory or legal risk. In cases of confirmed fraud, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation and, if applicable, reported to law enforcement authorities.

12Liability

Laki33 provides its platform and games on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure uptime and smooth operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary service outages or maintenance periods.
• Connectivity issues on the player's side (internet, device, network).
• Errors in information provided by third-party game suppliers.
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Actions taken by a third party who accessed your account using your credentials.

Our total liability to any player in connection with any event or series of connected events shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's Laki33 account at the time the relevant issue arose.

13Amendments to These Terms

Laki33 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Laki33 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. The current version date is displayed at the top of this page.
